Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone! At the Team 1 Jiu-jitsue Academy, I have the previlage
- Recreational focused students love the workouts. You'll enjoy seeing friends, making new friends, and getting rid of stress from everyday life in a safe, healthy, competitive environment where you are learning and enjoy it.
- Competition Students go through the same training as Recreational Students, but with extra time to learn tournament specific strategies and moves. Beyond the basic system taught at the Recreation level, at the Competitors level you'll push yourself physically to that next level and drill the moves that you need to win.
- Professional Students enjoy the laid back approach of Recreation with the attention to detail they may need on the job such as in Security and Law Enforcement. Executives in management positions will value the mental training and communication skills that come from working with others. You'll have a chance to perfect these techniques yourself and then master passing those skills onto others in our Executive Coaching Program.
